You must pay 40% of the purchase price of the property in 48 hours following the signing of the sales contract, 10% of which constitutes the booking price, and the other 30% the down payment.
Following the completion of the roof structure, you will be notified, and will be required to pay a further 25% down payment of the purchase price of the property as per the contract.
Succeeding the completion of the mechanical, painting and cladding work, you will be notified, and you may examine the property personally. In 8 days following the notice, another 25% down payment of the purchase price must be transfered.
After the technical delivery of the property, the final 10% of the payment will be due in the next 3 days.
